"My experience with Coach Tagliente has been unfortunately very negative. She cultivates a very dysfunctional and disruptive team dynamic. She encourages players to play politics within our own team, and focuses less on the sport itself. She is knowledgeable about field hockey, however, I was challenged more by club coaches. Additionally, Coach Tagliente has incredibly poor boundaries with some of players and parents, which has created a troubling, toxic, and dramatic team environment."
