"Has come in and made an immediate positive impact. The best part of my day is his presence on the pool deck. Great sense of humor and humility. Brings a great amount of knowledge as a US Olympian on the 1996 Olympic swim team. Would not be surprised to see him as a head coach fairly soon. "
