She makes sure to touch base with everyone, even the novice newcomers that she doesn’t particularly deal with at the beginning of fall. Excellent coach. She will provide the most racing opportunities possible to her athletes. She single handedly moved and rescheduled an entire regatta in under 48 hours. Excellent under pressure, communicates to us the second she knows something. It’s a privilege to know her, and an even greater privilege to be her athlete."

She is truly organized and makes sure the program runs smoothly and efficiently. She does so much for our team behind the scenes that the athletes don't see and is truly under appreciated.
