"Chandler Minnard- Head coach of Tiffin women’s wrestling. If there’s one thing you should know before deciding to sign to women’s wrestling program; Chandler is going to do everything in his power to make it harder for you as an athlete. As a person he has no interest in trying to help better his athletes but instead only cares about the higher paycheck he is now earning and uses practices as therapy sessions to complain about his wife. I will say if you are a good athlete you might get along real well with chandler as long as you don’t see all the manipulation he is putting you through. He will set you up with some decent opportunities but only if there’s a chance that you will make his name look good. About Tiffin womens wrestling in general, the team is full of some amazing personalities as well as talent! This program was once top 4 in the Nation and I think with the proper guidance the girls can be that program once again. But as long as chandler is running the program all I can say is run.. far in the other direction because as of now this program is showing no signs of future improvement. "
