"Not only is Chelsea the worst coach I’ve ever had but she’s the most vengeful, demeaning, judgmental, pretentious, and vindictive person I’ve ever met. Would not recommend for any position of leadership or any job that involves interacting with people, especially any young women or girls. She singles out and bully’s those she doesn’t like, moves the goal post for expectations, encourages backstabbing, fosters a culture of judgement, picks favorites, and the list goes on. She’s made so many girls cry, leave the program, or quit the sport entirely. She asks very intrusive and personal questions to hold against you. I wouldn’t trust her in any role. She has no empathy nor the ability to reflect on her actions as a coach or a person. She’s awful. SKIP."
