"Chris is a very knowledgeable person. He appreciates good knowledge for the game and for a player to be mindful. He definitely has a strong personality so sometimes when a player is similar in that area there can be conflict. Overall he will reward you for your successes but don't expect hand me outs or anything to come easy. "
