"Do not recommend at all… he played favorites no matter what some people do they will never see the bench and those who deserve some games and proven themselves time and time again will never see the field. He will never be honest with you no matter what, he just tells you what he thinks you want to hear. On top of all of that he has 0 softball IQ, like literally NONE. Many people and parents alike have said this time and time again. Lastly, he’s never even played baseball or softball at a high level. And the 4 consecutive conference wins were not because of him they were because of his pitcher (that he didn’t even recruit). Oh and the team culture he supposed Is TRASH. "
"No leadership, allowing players with strong personalities to rule. The emotional well being of players is not valued and is secondary to appeasing the star player(s). Talks a big game about values and team but there is no action to back up his words. Multiple of us left his program disillusioned and a shell of ourselves. I would strongly encourage players to avoid any program he leads. "
"He plays favorites, doesn’t value the “hard worker”, makes false promises, doesn’t like confrontation. Values power hitters and pitchers to win games. Everything else is mediocre. Team culture is more individual rather than team. Have issues with players being selfish. "
