I will tell you about the other coaches I have on my softball staff to develop you. I will call you frequently before you arrive on campus. I will share all the fun softball activities the softball players experiences. When you come this is my coaching style: Grandiose, I have a constant need for admiration, I lack empathy, I have a strong sense of entitlement, and I am manipulative and displays explosive actions unprovoked. I will tell you to do X and when it has a negative consequence, I will blame you. I will not take ownership of my inadequacies because I am not self aware of who I am. I will have you practice from 4:00-7:00 and when you miss the cafeteria and you dare mention this to me, I will definitely body shame you. The body shame is my signature antic annually. Practices are a joke. My brother and I will take turns hitting balls to demonstrate our testosterone. Daily skills building, I have my own way of developing players. I will crush your self esteem until you begin to believe and question your softball skills. I will instruct you not to go to your parents or administrators. I am all powerful. I will share your personal business with the other players on the team. I will pit you against your teammates because I am divisive. Must I go on."

After talking to players from last year…..the entire team quit on him mid season. YES you read that right!! FIRST THING he will say is “I don’t have any money and wants your player to come there to play for free”. NOT EVEN BOOK MONEY!! SELFISH GASLIGHER THAT CANT COACH. NONE IN MY TRAVEL TEAM WILL PLAY HERE AND IF I were to see him recruiting at my teams games I would gladly tell him to MOVE ON no interest in you or to our school here…….School wasting money on this guy!! No hitting coach, no fielding coach, drills are not even rec ball 8u useable…..THERE IS MORE BUT I am in shock from just watching this guy and how HORRIBLE of a “Wannabe” Coach he is.
