"Coach Potter is a joy to play for when you're in good standing with him. Although, if you mess up he it takes a long time for him to trust in that player again. Due to this, he puts in players that during the wrong situations and makes frequent adjustments to the lineup making it hard for the team to get in a groove. In addition, his coaching style definitely is rooted in the old style of the game. At times, it can be tough mentally to play for him because he often doesn't communicate well."
