"Look, this is a classic english manager. He’s not a bad guy, though quite unprofessional and untrustworthy, but his understanding of psychology, tactics, and overall football management is exactly what you’d expect (non-existent). He has phrases such as “football is 90% fitness” and “if you outrun the opponent, you’re guaranteed a win!” It’s no wonder why his team is finishing last place every season; he doesn’t understand how to put a team together. Not a bad guy per say, but not responsible, nor open-minded. "
