Almost unanimously hated by all of his players, Cornell intentionally created and fostered toxic inter personal relationships on his team in the name of “competition.” Hopefully he’s done coaching forever so that he does not ruin the sport for any more kids. The one year he decided to bypass a team vote for captains, he himself nominated a captain who he eventually kicked off the team for being uncommitted.... Says he is open to honest conversations, but once you tell him how you feel (and if it's not in his favor) he rips you apart and tells you how wrong you are.His way or the highway, no suggestions for strategy."

"He was overall not a good person. He lied several times on my recruiting trip and came off as a good cosch. This turned out to be false. Very few players end up playing all four years mainly because of the coaches volatile behavior."
