"Fox had a Title IX complaint filed against him for sexual harassment of students and athletes after the FIRST WEEK of being at IUP. He dipped out the second he was told there'd be an investigation, never to be heard of again. And it seems like this isn't the first time. He's arrogant and disgusting, avoid at all costs. "
