"Does not know the game of lacrosse and has no sense of how to manage game day. Substitutes players at the wrong times. Does not understand the concept of momentum in a game--how to gain it, maintain it, and how to break it when the other team has it. Poor game day coaching causes the team to lose leads and lose games. Not that we had the lead much, but when we did we lost it. Blames the players for losses when it is due at least partly to her own coaching. It does not look like she even played lacrosse in college. She shows up on one roster but has no stats. Google her yourself and look. More than once, at halftime of games threatened to take away scholarships from players who she did not think were running hard. Come on Coach that is ridiculous. How can we play well when you talk to us like that? Is vengeful against anyone who she doesn't like or that she thinks deserves her anger--no matter what they did or what they deserve. Makes the team use cheap sticks, cheap goggles, and buys literally a half dozen sets of t shirts and shorts for every player but they are cheap. We would like better quality and 2 or 3 sets. We do not need 6+. As for the sticks, it cost us goals. We need them to win! Her solution is to yell at us and say, 'be more selfish and score more.' In a fight between players, she does nothing to help stop the fight or diffuse the conflict. She is terrible at recruiting players. Landed 3 new recruits last season and 1 quit. This meant we had 2 Freshmen and they both transferred at the end of the season. She converts soccer players and volleyball players to lacrosse. It doesn't work. The assistant coaches tried to recruit and she stopped them. Why not let them try to land players? The prior years she had barely any recruits. No idea how the team will be able to play in the future. She needs to move on and be an assistant coach for someone else and learn how it is done. "
