"Recruiting, he was very kind, caring, seemed to want great players who knew the game. Talks a very good show. Coaching- he has been blessed with good players to carry him, no real knowledge of the game. No clue how to change the style of play. Very disorganized on travel, with meal planning especially. These athletes need fuel. The team is a great group of ladies! They all love one another and truly care about each other. The girls have set standards and have kept things going through the years. If it wasn’t for this part, no one would stay there! You fall in love with the girls, then it’s too hard to leave this great group, so you settle for very average soccer. The coach has his favorites for sure, very obvious. They can do no wrong, while others are degraded, it’s sad. Girls go in for meetings, asking for answers on playing and what he wants from them. Very indirect answers, wishy warshy responses, and never any follow through. The girls loose respect very early on with him. My daughter chose to move on for grad school, so played and was dedicated to the team for 4 years! He did not have one nice word to say! No wish you the best, thank you for being a backbone here, instead he chose to degrade her, call her a disappointment, and tell her she was letting her team down. My daughter loved this team, loved the school, and learned some very great life lessons, no regrets, but would I recommend this coach to anyone, nope. "
