It can be tough to get him to make changes and at times it can seem like he is not paying attention, but usually he has a lot on his plate and is running from place to place or thinking about running from place to place. He always has a smile on his face and asks you how your day is going. Be prepared for him to repeat himself a lot in meetings as well."
