"Poor communicator. Shaky basketball knowledge. Toxic culture. No authority but running 17’s. Clueless of what winning basketball is. Plays favorites. Constant manipulation and dishonesty. Zero development.. Both Derek Sloan and Jeff Hoffman have created an environment that’s anything but a program. It’s hard to understand how this is still allowed to continue, it’s not just ineffective, it’s damaging. Just take a look at their record. And the players turn over. Horrific individuals. "
