"Coach Rich is the kind of coach who genuinely puts his players first. During my time playing for him, he pushed me to grow not just as a lacrosse player, but as a person. He holds everyone to a high standard, but he’s always supportive and approachable, and you can tell he truly cares about the team and each individual on it. The culture he builds is one of trust, accountability, and connection, and it made coming to practice every day something I looked forward to.
