"Honestly just loves the title. Thinks that everything revolves around him. Much of his staff are the same way and often do not take preparation seriously. Some weeks we didnt even have game plans on defense. Offensively they are disorganized and the OC was handed a job he is clearly not ready for. Seems like once Dylan is done he will leave (which is good for the university). We get it, he played in the NFL and his son is christian, but that doesnt mean we would just show up and win. Name dropping only helps for surface level recruiting, not actuall developing a gameplan or calling plays. Feel bad for the players that didnt get out when I did. The last thing, honestly, if the DC or Ed make any kind of promise assume it is going to be the complete opposite. Players and parents included."
