"Ed has been a middle of the pack coach since joining this year. While he has a solid understanding of the technical aspects of our sport, Ed has prioritized recruitment of new swimmers over 'inherited' swimmer development. I don't doubt the team will improve under Ed; however, more attention on the current swimmers would be appreciated."
