"Coming from someone who played under Rapp a while ago I feel that he’s misunderstood sometimes. He is a great overall coach and he has his way of coaching a team. He wants to win and will push the team to give it they're all. He has a lot of experience in coaching and if you come up to him One on one he’ll tell you what’s best for you and how to improve your game. "
"It doesn't feel like he knows what he's doing in comparison to previous coaches. He only knows a few drills and his only advice for players is "don't mess up" as opposed to giving a mechanical instruction on what they did wrong. Ex: "Don't hit the ball out" vs. "Your timing was late to the ball so you swung wildly forcing you to swing out." "
