"Coming from a player that did get to play. Creates a negative environment. Doesn’t hold the team as a whole to the same standard. Gives certain players special treatment. Allows those players to have egos and disrespect everyone. Will bench players for making a single mistake while others have the freedom to do what they want. Will not take any accountability for his actions. Makes it know that every loss is the teams fault. Will use excuses like, “The team wasn’t focused during warmups or during practice the night before.” as the reason we loss. Never has an actual game plan. Literally play kickball. Doesn’t attempt to keep possession of the ball alone. Makes the forwards press constantly which tires the players out early into the game. Also doesn’t arrange proper pre game training sessions and recovery sessions. Also we do a lot of activities in training that result in injuries. Such as constant set pieces that has resulted in concussions as well as allowing players to dangerously tackle each other. Have seen a lot of scary injuries in training. Have been more scared of getting injured in practice then in the game. He doesn’t call fouls in training if they’re done by his favorite players no matter how blatant they are. He will claim he didn’t see them. So many other things I didn’t mention. Save yourself from a bad experience."
