"During the recruitment process, coach Webb seemed to be a very caring, professional, respectful coach who was dedicated to her players and believed in each one of us. After arriving at the college, that was far from the truth. The coach had poor communication and very unorganized. If we as players would make recommendations on what we could do to improve our game or the need to change game plan during a game due to the situation being faced, she was quick to point out that she was the coach and that she didn’t need anyone telling her how to run her team. Her team and assistant coaches had little to no respect for her and I quickly found out why she had a large turnover of both every year. Coach Webb is a young coach and has the ability to be a good coach but her unwillingness to respect her players and assistant coaches as well her sometimes immature outburst and passing blame to others has created chaos and unwillingness for many of her player and assistant coaches to return.
