"By far the smartest and nicest coach I've ever had. He's good at motivating his players (We made it to the Elite 8 this year) and takes the time to really work with each player so they can continue to grow everyday as a athlete and also as a person. He encourages a positive environment but keeps his standards high. I put intensity at a 3 because he does not yell or punish a player but instead it's the idea to make a new mistake and focus on the future."
