"Is very bad at communicating with athletes about scheduling and other events. Is hardly ever on time to practice or shows up 1-2 minutes before. Has proximity issues and all around is just unprofessional. While he knows a lot about the sport, he expects a lot more out of the athletes than what they are willing to give, considering we all chose a d3 school so we could focus on learning and have xc as an outlet, not a stressor.
