He gets to know every single one of his athletes on a personal level to ensure they are doing everything they can to maximize success. He tells things how they are and will let the athlete steer their own training and goals while he provides the expert guidance to help achieve goals. On top of all of this he trains with his athletes and will run with every single person on the team regardless of speed. Everett has a goofy down to earth personality that makes him easy to get along with as well."
