"Has a big training and workout ethos. One of the biggest team jokes that come to mind is with regards to how the only way you'll get faster on the erg is with a montage. Very personable when it comes to coaching rowing from a rower's perspective, but if that approach doesn't work his lessons fall flat as he really only has one method of teaching."
