"This guys is awful haven’t had a good season here yet and the big guy is to blame don’t fall for the trap he will make your life miserable. Only reason he still coaches is for free Giovanis Pizza. They are running a ponzi scheme keeping him a float. The AD is paid off too. Pretends like he cares but knows it’s not his problem as long as the checks keep rolling in. Traveling with the team is a nightmare short staffed no room on bus sleeping on floors in hotels and staying up way to late. Never a good experience. "

"He knows he is a terrible coach and terrible human being deep down. Asking players to give him good reviews is ridiculous, I would think if you were a good coach you would automatically get good reviews. This guy is a fraud and knows he got away with a lot of sus things in the past and now it’s catching up to him. Don’t even get me started on why he “resigned” from RIT. "Horrible coach. Treated my son like a number, did not care about his injuries, implored him to play through when he could barely walk. Publicly embarrassed him in front of the entire team multiple times about his choice of major and his playing time. Extremely unprofessional coach. It’s incredibly disgusting that Stevens still employs him. Any corporate job would fire him immediately. "

"This is the worst coach in college lacrosse. The fact he still has a job after failing to make a run in the tournament with the talent the roster has is insane. "Just a bad coach with ego issues. Everything needs to be on his dime 24/7. Terrible at handling emotions in games, leading to producing one of the worst second half teams in college lacrosse. Shows up 30 mins late to practice daily. He’s seen as a great coach on the outside because of his record. However, it’s pretty easy to recruit guys to a top academic school in the NYC area and pump bottom of the barrel teams by 20 goals to get his winning record up. Anyone with a pulse could do that. Pretty sure he has less than 10 top 10 wins in his coaching career. None of his wins are quality. Changes need to be made at Stevens to be successful. "

"Absolutely awful. Beyond coaching (which he is also terrible at); Genuinely a bad person. Can’t help but thinking the positive reviews on this site reflect his own or his camps thoughts on the situation. Seriously a deeply angry man who uses his position as a college coach to take that anger out on young adults. I don’t know what else can be done. Players going back years have pleaded for his removal with the school but these pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Embarrassing for the program, athletic department, and school as a whole. "

"Rough experience with this head coach from the nepotism to being disrespectful to players and not caring about there time. He loves to hear himself speak and will ramble on in circles for a while in huddles and speeches to team/families. He has no idea what a halftime adjustment is or how to implement them which has been a contributing factor to his awful record against ranked opponents during the regular season and playoffs. "
