"Giff does a terrible job at getting players recruited. He doesn't even do the bare minimum. Teams we absolutely blew out year after year had players with way more offers than ours did. The next best team in the league had way more players going D1, D2, etc and they got blown out by us too. It really is embarrassing considering I saw so many of these players with D1 potential and many of them were bounce backs from D1 schools just looking for another shot. I heard it from multiple players saying they didn't have offers. One that said they had the opportunity to walk on somewhere but no offers after bouncing back from a D1 school. One player I was close with was clear cut D1 potential (also a D1 bounce back) and probably the best defender on our team. When I asked him what offers he had and his plan after sophomore year, he proceeded to tell me he didn't have offers and when he asked Giff about what effort he had done in his recruitment he said he had been sending text messages... Text messages?? Really? When he was explaining this to me he was clearly not happy about that. We didn't even expect him to come back for his sophomore year. He did come back and still did not get offers. These players put up time equivalent to a full time job but do not get paid. One player I remember was smart enough and transferred to another juco with a worse team but then got offers and went to a D1 school. You get paid and you couldn't even get the literal best players in the league by a long shot recruited. Spends more time BSing on his phone or social media. Fool get off your phone and get your players recruited and do what you get paid to do. "
