"Coach Lanham (and the coaching staff) preach "being a good person" above being a good wrestler, they do not practice what they preach. They were very difficult to communicate with and resorted to shouting angrily, often. To summarize, I felt extremely used by the program by the time I had finished. Many of my teammates felt the exact same way. "
