"As associate AD Graeme bullies his colleagues. He also picks and chooses what rules he wants to follow. Falsely accuses teams, coaches, and athletes of things they have not done and proceeds to berate an entire team or staff for the accusations he makes. I am not sure if Graeme does this to stay relevant as an Associate AD (lots of competition- half the coaches are associate ADs). Favors the team he coaches and football. All other teams he tries to throw shade at. University does not address the issues when brought up. "
