It creates a dangerous expectation to keep playing, even if it risks lasting damage. Don’t expect compassion if you’re injured — expect pressure to prove you’re not weak Despite recent success, the program has seen multiple starters transfer—even after a championship season. That should speak volumes. Success on the scoreboard doesn’t excuse how people are treated behind the scenes. If you’re looking for a coach who values honesty, development, and mental well-being or value fairness, growth and being treated like a human being (not just a stat), look elsewhere. Winning can’t cover up the damage left behind."
