"Rude, vindictive, immature and bordering on abusive. Zero self-awareness. Promotes an unhealthy team dynamic by condoning toxic behavior. Knowledgeable but doesn’t provide useful feedback and teaching (i.e. do this, but doesn’t explain how). Sideline coaching consists of eye rolling, snarky looks and sarcastic commentary. Where most coaches encourage and inspire, she literally ruins a player’s love for the sport. Any attempt at honest feedback is met with punitive measures like verbal abuse, passive aggressive behavior, extra conditioning and reduced playing time (even when feedback is solicited). Leads with intimidation and creates an environment of distrust."
