Individual and team meetings are always awkward and unnecessarily long. Is great about helping an athlete set long term goals in his program(assuming the athlete doesn’t get injured). "

"Coach Jack knows the sport very well but doesn't know how to care about or treat athletes like a whole person. He has terrible recidivism and the athletes who don't quit are constantly injured. His technique is very inconsistent and you never know what to expect when coming to practice. He is a all bout negative, never positive reinforcement."
