" As a parent, I never imagined that a video game could cause such distress until we encountered Jack who was utterly inadequate. My son, an avid gamer, was excited to improve his skills, but this coach turned his passion into a nightmare. The coach was not only unskilled in teaching strategies but also lacked basic empathy and understanding of young gamers. Their approach was demoralizing, focusing more on highlighting mistakes rather than constructive feedback. This experience not only hampered my son's love for the game but also affected his confidence. It's disheartening to see a potentially enriching experience turn sour due to poor coaching. Parents should be cautious and thoroughly vet any coach involved in their children's gaming journey. "
