"Although he is quite knowledgeable, he is not a great coach. He does not care about you as an individual outside of running. He will talk about you negatively to other athletes on the team behind your back and overall seems like he can never celebrate the wins or focus on the positive. No one currently on the team likes to be around the team and practice takes away the joys of running."
