"Horrible experience for all players who have ever had the misfortune of playing for him. Brings in any and everybody to the team regardless of skill (no cut) and brings in a ton of new freshman every year simply for school enrollment purposes - money. Quit rate every year is remarkably high due to nobody on the team liking or respecting him. Only plays those who he or the AD likes and even many of the "starters" quit every year. His record speaks for itself. WLC softball is a huge step down in coaching/strategy/recognizing talent from high school or travel ball. Most high school teams in the state would beat WLC under the current coaching staff. Put a good/positive/knowledgeable coach in and WLC has enough talent on the roster to be a much better team."

"You do not want to play under this man — body shaming, lying, insane amount of manipulation, doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The majority of the drills etc we do that he creates have no place in softball and do nothing, at best, and are harmful at worst. He does not respect injured players either or take real injuries seriously, which can result in the injuries worsening. Ruins everyone’s confidence"
