Jeff was kinda neurotic (ie would get drunk on travel trips and proceed to be escorted off the plane or denied the ability to fly) . We had crazy conditioning standards that honestly didn't end up mattering much at all. Personality wise, Jeff was something – married a former player to give you insight. He cared about us and wanted to be a father figure, brought his kids around us, but just took things too far. Not very motivational unless you get going when a grown man throws a tantrum in the locker room breaking stuff and throwing his pens. "
