"Jeff is a really passionate coach. He’s different from coaches I’ve had in the past and has been really supportive. He’s come a long way from when he first became a head coach, but he’s improved a lot and has worked really hard to turn his program into something special for us. He has an open door policy, and is always open to feedback and genuinely tries to work on himself. His communication could be better, but after meeting about it, I could tell he was trying. He really does want the best for everyone and works to form off court relationships with everyone and ask questions about your life.
