"She’s not a bad person, just a bad coach. She is knowledgeable and she was a good wrestler, but she treats us like our lives don’t matter beyond wrestling. A girl passed out on the mat and she made us run around her. She yelled at a different girl for getting a bloody nose and didn’t let her properly clean it up. She made us sign a contract that said we have to pay a $250 fine if we decide to quit at any point. She encouraged us to pee on a towel and rub it on our eyes so that we wouldn’t get pink eye. She highly encourages we don’t take ibuprofen or medicine. She caters to her favorites, her oldest daughter is a prime example of this. She’s not very understanding of financial, home troubles, academic concerns. She talks badly about certain teammates to other teammates. Takes time away from practice to talk in a circle and then makes us stay later, making us late to class. "
"She doesn’t know how to run a practice. Disorganized and wastes so much time talking. While she may have been a good wrestler, she does not make a good coach. She is very set in her ways and not at all understanding. She makes decisions for the benefit of her daughters on the team rather than the team as a whole."
