"Jim is the best. As a girl, I never once felt uncomfortable he cares so much about you and he really really wants you to succeed not only in the pool but especially outside of the classroom. His mentality is that swimming is only a part of your college career so he lets you be active in other clubs and attend academic events as needed. Hes not a pushover and you do have to show up but if you earn his respect he will respect you. Great coach he will forever hold a place in my heart! "
