"He creates a horrible team culture with saying he’s going to discipline girls, but nothing ever coming of it (problems with attitudes, bullying, etc.). There is simply no joy in being a coach for him. He seems miserable and makes the entire team miserable. He is an angry little man. He plays favorites severely and plays girls that have no business playing while others sit on the bench for 4 years. None of his players enjoy him as a person or coach."
