"Coach Reddish is not honest at all. He likes to pit players against each other and it creates an us vs them atmosphere within the team. He outright lies about your future, doesn't not support you - unless you're one of his favorites. There was (not sure if it's still prevalent) some discrimination against religion and students who had higher academic goals (ie sciences, engineering, ...). There is no communication nor real coaching - eg coming off the pitch there is never any discussion / teaching. Believes in belittling his non-favorites. He is backed by the AD (one of his former players), so any complaints going to the AD fall of deaf ears. I would not recommend this program to anyone as it is really dysfunctional and non-team oriented - no wonder he has such a poor w/l record."
