"Coach Schroeder is a good defensive minded Head Coach. He knows how to scheme well for each game and set his defense up to put his players in position to succeed. However, sometimes he can come off as blunt, rude, or unforgiving. It’s almost as though he categorizes you in his head early on, and if it’s not good then good luck you’re going to have a tough road ahead. On the other side, if you’re coachable and do what he says and are strong and tough, you will succeed very well and he will have your back. Kind of an old school mindset coach when it comes to relationships with players and things along that nature. But he won’t kill you with conditioning and stuff along those lines. "
