"No charisma. Extremely reactive to the point of it being a personal problem or medical condition. Can’t keep a staff due to being difficult to work with. Does not respect personal information shared in private one on one meetings with players. Shouts obscenities at players on the field during games for mistakes. Attempts to embarrass umpires. Very unprofessional coach. Difficult to understand how he is employed in 2026. He was not retained by Western Missouri when a new AD arrived in 2024 I witnessed all of these behaviors and researched his background. Respect yourself and go somewhere else. "
