"Coach Desko mostly works with the offense and has very little involvement with the defense. Furthermore, practices aren't even run by Coach Desko at all - they are moreso handled by assistant coaches Kevin Donahue and Lelan Rogers. Coach Rogers is the head defensive coach while Donahue is the head offensive and face-off coach. Roy Simmons is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, and Steve Scaramuzzino is a volunteer but also extremely kind. Coach Scarmo (as we call him) works primarily with the offense as well. The fitness trainers are amazing and ultimately it is a terrific program to play for. Coach Desko however does run the sidelines during games and can get pretty angry during practices."
