Players are constantly “walking on eggshells”… one wrong move will send them out of the line-up or even off the team, with the exception of the pet players who can do no wrong. Lacks maturity and is threatened by viewpoints that challenge his. Plays mind games with the players in order to see what kind of response he can get. Take a look at the number of players leaving and moving on to other programs before choosing this one. A good player does NOT always translate to good coach!"
