"Jon has a tremendous base of very high level players (MLS Next) thanks to the recent recruiting efforts of the assistant coach. However, he is not able to handle the quality of players he has on the roster. The recent influx of Grad transfers using their COVID year is also an issue with the recruited players. Just because a player transfers in from a D1 school, does not mean they are better and should play over anyone else. But he plays them much more with lack luster results. Some very good players are not getting much play time and there are many "favorites". Needs to step aside and let someone 30 years younger take over. He is really good at giving players false hope, before and during the game...."
