"I played for coach Jon and Amber and can tell you it was the worst mistake of my life. Coach Jon hurt my teammates arm, he didn’t recruit anyone. They both didn’t buy us ANYTHING. We had no equipment and one bucket of balls. A player had to go beg to get new cleats. It was always a running joke about what they were doing with the money. I graduated and the new staff invested all the money into the players. I’m not going to lie that I was jealous of the amount of stuff and new equipment they had. It’s crazy to me that coach Jon was able to return after being fired the first time and basically running the program into the ground. "

"Only got the job at WMU bc of his buddy Todd. Great friend to have. Huge cheating scandal with him at SVSU. He cheated so bad for 4 years they vacated over 100 of his wins. Not the connection of a friend I would want to have. Cheaters always cheat and stick together. This raises integrity issues for me. Consequently Brad is friends in this shady friend group. It’s alway middle aged men that CHEAT and negatively talk about their girls behind their backs but they all want to appear that they are coaching the game for the “right” reasons. Pathetic boy club that gets enjoyment by having power over these poor girls. Probably bc they were all nerdy, unattractive guys that didn’t get the time of day from women . Sad state of affairs for women’s sports these days when they have people like this in power of them. "

"Had high hopes for coach Jon with his division 1 background. Trusting him with my daughter’s career turned out to be the biggest mistake I could have made. He was in over his head as a head coach and couldn’t even field a team in his one and only year as a Jet. He didn’t come close to filling Jamie Vandenburgh‘s shoes. She left the program in a great place and accomplished so much in her tenure. Coach Jon completely erased and ruined all the momentum and success of the program. Completely crazy he was offered another position with the way he dismantled this team and players. HUGE red flags when you’ve coached at 4 different schools in 4 years. I wish I would have trusted my gut when I first met him as he is seemingly odd and awkward and not someone I should have wanted around my 18 year old daughter. "
