Doesn't treat all players equally, shows little acknowledgement, communication and respect towards players with low minutes. Talented players don't play as much. He is not a friendly source to talk to. Barely cares about our personal life and/or academics. Brings players' confidence down and makes it hard for them to develop/succeed. Practices aren't fun unless you are in the starting eleven, and he often leaves players just watching parts of practice. 15+ players transferred already in less than a year. His playing style is very direct and more defensive-based."
