If you expect to be given a fair chance, you can leave that in high school. Players are pitted against each other and your prize is a one horse town in middle of nowhere with unsafe surroundings and a meh education. Do not approach coach with any problems such as grades/classes, mental health, feeling unsafe … Coach dismisses it bluntly. Verbal degradation beyond tough love is a daily ritual. Coaches with fear and intimidation. Reputation is starting to catch up! Do not be fooled with any history of winning records! This coach will take your future and not lose an ounce of sleep once it is destroyed. "

"The coach put me and my teammates through difficult experiences, starting with dishonesty from the first email she sent me. I wish I had explored other options. The emotional abuse and pressure to perform were overwhelming, leading everyone in my class to transfer. The environment felt like a sales pitch rather than supportive coaching. I advise other players to avoid the school, as there are better options and coaches who truly believe in their players. We were degraded about our weight, how we looked, mental health, and just about everything you can think of. We practiced way over our “legal” hours and were drained mentally and physically. Additionally, the town is boring, with mediocre education and limited activities, making it hard to balance life and academics. I wish I had someone warn me, like I am warning you. Please do your research. You are worth so much more"
